Review the route from a customer’s search to a useful enquiry. Start with information, trust and the next step.
Write down what someone needs, where they need it and how they might describe it. “Roof repair after a storm” is a different decision from “annual roof inspection”. Use that context when reviewing your presence.
Compare your own website with your Google Business Profile and relevant directories. Is the service clear? Are contact details accurate? Does the coverage reflect where you actually work? Correct the facts before creating more content.
Look at the alternatives a customer encounters. Compare useful service information, authentic reviews and the ease of taking a next step. Record the date, query and location so the observation has context.
Open the site on a phone. Can you understand the offer quickly? Test calls, forms and bookings. Confirm the message reaches the right inbox and that the visitor knows what happens next.
Separate a visibility issue from a trust or conversion issue. Fixing a broken form may be more valuable than adding another page. Choose a practical action and define how you will check it.
